Client Services Executive- Medtrack- 3 Month Contract

Informa Business Information currently has an exciting opportunity in our Central London office for ambitious Client Services Executive looking to join a world leader in Pharmaceutical and Biotech Business Intelligencefor a 3 month contract. We are an expanding global business, offering an excellent opportunity for a driven and hardworkingClient Services Executive looking to gain some invaluable B2B client services experience in an ever-growing Pharmaceutical and Biotech brand.

Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the Client Services Executive will be responsible for contacting existing high profile clients and gaining feedback and usage reviews about the products/services received. They will alsobe responsible for arranging product training for the clients if needed and providing feedback to the business on client’s analysis requirements and experiences.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing high profile clients and gaining feedback/usage reviews
  • Provide feedback to the relevant Medtrack team on the clients experiences
  • Arranging product training for clients if needed
  • Developing your understanding of Citeline products, our competitors and clients to enable a world class customer experience.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Client Services experience in a B2B environment would be highly beneficial
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiar with CRM packages and clear understanding of the importance of CRM upkeep
  • Great organisational skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Great problem solving skills, a positive attitude and a service-oriented mentality
  • Self-motivation and a proven ability to work efficiently and independently
