Clearing Your Browser Cache and Cookies

/ Firefox 30 and later
  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History
  2. From the Time rangedropdown menu, select the desired range to clear. To clear your entire cache, select Everything
  3. From the Details section, choose which elements of the history to clear. Select at least Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
  4. Click theClear Now button
  5. Close and thenrestart your browser
Firefox 24
  1. Press Ctrl+ Shift + Delete to open Clear All History
  2. Select desired option from Time Range to clear: drop-down
  3. With Details open, select at least:
  • Cookies
  • Cache
  1. Click theClear Now button
  2. Close and restart your browser

Firefox: Set Automatic Clear for Cookies and Cache
  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and then select Options
  2. Select the Privacy panel
  3. In the History section, set Firefox to Use custom settings for history
  4. Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes
  5. Beside Clear history when Firefox closes, click the Settings... button The Settings for Clearing History window will open
  6. In the Settings for Clearing History window, click the check mark boxes next to at leastCookies, Cache and Active Logins
  7. Click OK to close the Settings for Clearing History window
  8. Click OK to close the Options window
  9. Close and restart your browser

/ Google Chrome
  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Clear Browsing Data (or enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the browser bar)
  2. From the Obliterate the following items from: drop-down menu, choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select ‘the beginning of time’
  3. Select at leastCookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and filesalong withany other items you want to clear (such as Passwords, Browsing history or Download history)
  4. Click theClear browsing data button
  5. Close and restart your browser

/ Internet Explorer 10 and 11
  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Delete Browsing History
  2. UNcheck Preserve Favorites website data
  3. On Delete Browsing History check at least:
  • Temporary Internet files
  • Cookies
  • History
  1. Click the Delete button
  2. Close and then restart your browser

/ Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the Hubicon.
  2. Click the Historyicon.
  3. Click the Clear all history link.
  4. On Clear Browsing Data, select at least Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
  5. Click the Clear button.
  6. Close and then restart your browser
