16 out of the 18 students under my caseload management have at least one reading goal outlined in their IEP, with a total of 25 reading goals altogether. All students with reading goals receive 30 minutes of additional reading instruction within my Intervention classes. Additionally, I consult with classroom teachers weekly on strategies to address deficiencies.
Progress monitoring towards individual goals occurs a minimum of twice a month with results tracked within Enrich. To establish a trend line, baseline and target scores are entered on the annual IEP date. Progress toward these goals is graphed and compared to this trend line. Data for this SGO will be pulled at the end of the school with and reported out by student as to whether or not progress falls on/above the line or below.
