The Haydn Project

SFCO All-Stars Robin Sharp, Julie Kim, Ben Simon, and Hannah Addario-Berry make their fourth annual Freight appearance as The Haydn Project. Join them as their journey continues into these mostly brilliant, always inventive, enormously engaging works.

San Francisco Brass Quintet

The return of the mighty SFBQ, four-time winner of the “Best Brass Quintet Ben Brings to the Freight” contest. Ladies and gentlemen, these guys are as good as it gets, and always present a delightful, wide-ranging program showcasing the virtuosity of John Pearson andJames Dooley, trumpets; Doug Hull, Horn; Craig McAmis, trombone; and the unrivaled Forrest Byram on tuba.

The Chamber Music Society of San Francisco

Founded in the spring of 2013, the CMSSF is four young, passionate players (and SFCO All-Stars) dedicated to bringing masterworks of the chamber music repertoire to diverse audiences in intimate settings around the Bay Area. Jory Fankuchen and Natasha Makhijani (violins), Clio Tilto (viola) and Samsun van Loon (cello) present an exciting and wide-ranging program for their Freight debut.

The Delphi Trio

Liana Bérubé (violin), Michelle Kwon (cello) and Jeffrey LaDeur (piano) are the award-winning Delphi Trio, praised for their “…spot-on ensemble playing and a beautifully blended sound…” (San Francisco Classical Voice). The Delphi’s have concertized throughout the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, and Germany; their Classical at the Freight debut promises to be a note-worthy musical event.
