Please note that there is a 6 parent maximum for each party; the planner and5 helpers. No younger or older siblings will be allowed to attend parties. All efforts will be made to allow everyone the opportunity to volunteer in at least 1 party. Please rank the parties 1, 2 or 3 with 1 being the party you would most like to help in or you may check ‘any and all’. If there are numerous sign-ups for the Halloween parties, priority will be given to parents who are PTA members. Forms turned in before curriculum night will be given priority.
