Submitting files
The most direct way to submit your Misch II questionnaire is to fill it out online at http://www.hotchkiss.org/alumni/events-reunions/misch-ll/index.aspx. It will be submitted securely to our office.
You may also e-mail it to us. If you would like an electronic copy, there are two options:
1) go to the Alumni home page https://www.hotchkiss.org/alumni/index.aspx, click on Events and Reunions, then Fall Reunion, and then Class of 19665 to find a copy of the form; or
2) e-mail Gail Massey in the Alumni Office .
If you prefer to fill out the questionnaire by hand, please send it to: Caroline Sallee Reilly ’87, Office of Alumni Relations, The Hotchkiss School, 11 Interlaken Road, Lakeville, CT 06039-2141. If you need more space than the form allows, please feel free to attach additional pages but be sure to indicate your name and the question you are answering.
Photos
If you are able to e-mail a current digital photo along with your questionnaire, that would be most efficient. Otherwise, send it via regular mail, and we will be happy to scan it and return your original photo. If your picture is not in our senior yearbook, please also submit a photo from the early mid-1960s. You do not need to send your Hotchkiss senior photo if it is in the 19665 Mischianza.
We would also like the option of publishing an additional photo or two that can help illustrate your life since 19665. Please feel free to send along additional photography electronically, or originals that we can scan and return to you.
The 19665 Misch II will be sent to you whether or not you attend your 50th reunion.
