Invitation to the international Finnish Open competition in finswimming

Competition is a Finnish Divers´ Federations 60th anniversary celebration competition.

Finnish Divers´ Federation is pleased to invite your swimmers to participate in the international Finnish Open competition in Finswimming. It is to be held in Tampere during 13.-14. February 2016.

The competition Pool

Tampere Swimming center, address Joukahaisenkatu 7.

Pool 50 meters, 8 lanes, depth 1,2 - 4,2 m, water 27 degrees, electronic scoreboard.

Participation

Only club teams are eligible to participate in Finnish Open Championship. Every club team should enter not more than four (4) competitors for each individual event and not more than one (1) team in each relay event.

Each club team should comply with the rules of the safety conditions set by the Organizer and the CMAS Rules and Regulations.

A categories – men and women born in 1998 and earlier

B categories – boys and girls born in 1999 - 2000

C categories – boys and girls born in 2001 - 02

D categories – boys and girls born in 2003 and after

Rules

CMAS international 2015-01 rules concerning finswimming.

( Finswimming Rules Version 2015/01).

FINA rules apply for freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke.

Prices

The three best swimmers in each event will get a medal.

Fees

Starting fees: 10 euros/start in categories A, B and C, 8 euros/start in category D. Relay 20 euros/start/team. Starting fees must be paid at the latest 6th of February 2016 to the account of

Protests

Protests must be presented in written form within 60 minutes after the results are declared. Fee is 60 euros.

Program of the Finnish Open Championships
