CIVILIZATION AND ATROCIOUS

Donald R. Fox

As we look at the title of this essay, we see a great contradiction. One large population of people practices peaceful civilization. Many are completely different and exercise extreme cruelties and outrages, atrocious savagery. Thus we have a clash of cultures. Civilization spells out human social developments. Great harmony and advancements are made. What is the result as these two cultures live together? The two societies will, yes, must collide. We are presently living in an age of this situation. Very large portions of radical Islam are performing ugly atrocious acts. A peace-loving civilization cannot live with those who will kill all humans who will not bow to Islam.

“I like to believe that people in the long run are going to do more to promote peace than our governments. Indeed, I think that people want peace so much that one of these days governments had better get out of the way and let them have it.”

Dwight D. Eisenhower (1890 – 1969)

“Though force can protect in emergency, only justice, fairness, consideration and co-operation can finally lead men to the dawn of eternal peace.” Dwight D. Eisenhower (1890 – 1969)

THE SOLUTION TO UTTER MADNESS AND ATROCIOUS IS GOD ORDAINED PEACE AND COMPLIANCE.

WE PRAY THAT MANKIND WILL OBEY GOD ALMIGHTY.

“The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.” (Psalms 46:7-11 KJV)

“And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.” (Matthew 5:1-11 KJV)
