I hereby certify that I have reviewed the contents of the Outdoor Public Assembly Ordinance and do hereby subscribe to all stipulations contained therein. The assembly will be terminated should it create or cause any violation of the Ordinance. In addition, the applicant and any other person, organization, firm, or corporation on whose behalf the application is made, shall represent, stipulate, contract and agree that they will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless the City of Bay Lake and the Reedy Creek Improvement District from and against all claims, losses, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, for any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from the holding of the outdoor public assembly including, but not limited to, any and all claims for damaged property, or injury to or death of persons arising out of or resulting from the holding of the assembly or the issuance of the permit.
