Using local admin access, a system administrator may need to perform the following on the workstation to properly have a windows client machine access the State's Citrix environment…
The recommended version of the Citrix Receiver client is version 14.4.1000.16. If the correct version of the Citrix client is not installed or the current Citrix client is not performing correctly, please uninstall the existing Citrix client software, restart the machine and install the Citrix Receiver client version 14.4.1000.16.
Please install the Simplified Printing client 4.6 (also known as the Screw Drivers client) from the My Share page if not presently installed on the local PC. The Simplified Printing client software can be downloaded from the State’s My Share Page located here > https://myshare.in.gov/Documents/v460_full.msi
Please make sure that all Windows ‘Critical Updates’ are installed. They can be located here > http://www.update.microsoft.com
Please do not use 3rd party browsers from a Windows machine when accessing Citrix. This is known to be previously problematic.
If any problems still exist regarding functionality, please delete the user’s local profile from the windows workstation and try access again.
We recommend using Internet Explorer version 11 when accessing the State's Citrix environment from a Windows machine.
