Road Fund Reminder

There are still a large number of residents owing their road fund for this year. We also have a few that owe for this year and last. The Association depends on road fund money to maintain our roads and grounds. Be advised, those owing road funds for multiple years will be turned over to our attorney for collection if they remain unpaid by January 15th 2006. This could result in a lien against these properties. Interest, attorney’s fees and court fees are also added to these debts by our attorney. Road funds owed for 2005 will be turned over to our attorney if unpaid by July 1st 2006.

A payment schedule can be arranged for those that require same. Contact Tina Strange or Joe Case at PMP if you need to arrange a payment schedule.

Thank you Mr. Coakley

For the past several years, Mr. Joe Coakley has served as Tuscawilla Hills Board President. As most of you know, he has decided not to run in the 2006 election, and will be stepping down from the Board.

Mr. Coakley’s dedication and guidance has been an incredible asset and his knowledge of local politics has been invaluable to Tuscawilla Hills and Jefferson County.

On behalf of everyone in Tuscawilla Hills, I wish to formally thank you for all your hard work and devotion to the community. Your shoes will be hard to fill, and your leadership will be greatly missed.

Christmas Tree Pickup

For new residents of Tuscawilla Hills (and a reminder to long term residents) Waste Management will not pick up Christmas Trees! Residents must make arrangements to take their trees to the Land Fill on their own. Please do not discard trees on subdivision property.

Visit the Community Website at: www.tuscawillahills.org.

Street Lights Outages

The street lights in Tuscawilla Hills are maintained by Allegheny Power. If you notice a street light that is not working, please report the outage to PMP with the light pole location and pole number to generate a work order for the repair. The pole number is located on the light pole on a silver tag about 6’ off the ground and contains six (6) numbers/letters.

Snow Removal Procedures

Snow removal services for the community will be performed by R&L, Inc., the community’s landscaper. They will be responsible to plow the roadways once the snow depth reaches 2". If you have any questions or problems regarding this service please contact PMP.

Portable Basketball Hoops

The Board of Directors would like to remind all citizens that Portable Basketball Courts must be removed from all roadways and sidewalks before snow falls. Any of these Courts interfering with snow removal will be removed and disposed of.

Tuscawilla Hills Leash Law Reminder

Tuscawilla Hills has a leash law that is supported by Jefferson County Animal Control Department. Any dog or cat caught running loose can be picked up and taken to the animal shelter. It will cost the owner $100.00 to retrieve their animal. Residents are also asked to clean up after their pets when you take them on a walk.
