  1. Complete Holland Tutorial within Tutorial 9 (pg AC 473 – AC 511).
  2. Make sure that you have downloaded the student datafiles for Level 3 from the textbook website.
  3. Copy theHealthdatabase file from datafiles folder Level.03\Tutorial folder into the lab 13 folder.
  4. A reminder that this section included action queries which change the underlying database tables, permanently.
  5. Action queries when run DO NOT display results in the manner you are used to seeing. It will only provide a message about the number of records that have been affected in the underlying table(s) as a result of the query or nothing at all.
  6. To see the results of the query you will need to view the underlying tables that were affected by the action of the query.
  7. Place your name on all the printouts along with the printout number. Place them in sequential order when submitting the printouts.
  8. Submit the following printouts.
  9. Printthe tblContactPatient table (10 records) after step 6 on AC 505. Make sure the qryContactPatientMakeTable query is SAVED. Label it 13.T.1
  10. Print the revised tblContactPatient table (17 rec.) after step 6 page AC 483. Make sure the qryContactPatientAppend query is SAVED. Label it 13.T.2.
  11. After completing step 9 on page 510 SAVE the query and named qryContactPatientDelete. Print the revised tblContactPatient table (7 rec.) after step 10 page AC 510. Label it 13.T.3.
  12. After completing step 8 on page 513SAVE the query and namedqryContactPatientUpdate. Print the revised tblContactPatient table (7 rec.) after step 2 page AC 514. Label it 13.T.4.
  13. Print relationship reportafter step 3 page AC 525. Label it 13.T.5.
  14. Save and then print the qryEmployeesSupervisors query (12 rec.) after step 6 page AC 533. Label it 13.T.6.
  15. Index and the tblPatienttable after step 5 on page 539. I will verify the index when grading it.
  16. Put your name on each of the printouts and arrange them sequentially.
  1. Submit the printout organized in order and upload the Healthdatabase into the lab 13 link in TalonNet.
