If your film is shortlisted we will contact you again in relation to obtaining an exhibition copy of your film. The exhibition format required will be a high quality digital file. More details will be provided after the shortlist is announced.
By signing the entry form you agree to the following terms:

1)That Cinemagic can use the images from the film in their publications and press (in print & online) and that Cinemagic can choose to upload the film entry to the festival website and other social media platforms.
2)You have obtained all permission and releases from all persons (or the parent/guardian of any young persons) appearing in the film entry and in any associated photo/still images.
3)You have ensured you have the right to show the film to a public audience (i.e. secured all music and image rights / no outstanding copyright or licensing issues). If you do not have the permission to use the music/images in your film you cannot submit the film into the competition.
4)If you are a teacher/leader submitting on behalf of a school or community group you have permission from parents/guardians of all participants in the production to enter the film into the Cinemagic Young Filmmaker competition. If successful, permissions are in place for the names/images of children involved to be screened publicly at the festival.
