Naples hotel consistently wins many honors

NAPLES, FL (March 3, 2011)—Guest Services, Inc. announced that the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Naples has won Hilton Hotels’ top performance awards again for 2010, marking this boutique hotel as the only Doubletree in the world that has achieved more than two “Connie” awards. In fact, the lobby of this boutique hotel already displays six busts of Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels Corporation. With this win, one more “Connie” will be added to the collection. The hotel also received the Annual CARE Cup, a Pride Award, the Housekeeping Award of Excellence, the Hospitality Award of Excellence, and the Environmental CARE Award.

The Pride Award is presented to the Top 10 hotels based on guest loyalty and satisfaction and brand consistency, which the Naples team has achieved every year since the hotel opened. The Annual CARE Cup is awarded to the hotel that embraces Doubletree’s seven brand values to the fullest extent and demonstrates true community involvement. Ashlie Downing volunteers as the CARE Committee President and relishes her role in motivating her team mates to continually identify new ways to improve guest service. Doubletree Suites by Hilton Naples won The Housekeeping Award of Excellence for the first time, which is presented to the hotel housekeeping staff with the highest aggregate scores relative to helpfulness of staff and overall cleanliness.

Led by Desiree Gutierrez, the housekeeping team is trained to engage with the guests who appreciate the prompt personalized service and attention. The Hospitality Award of Excellence measures helpfulness of front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff members, attitude and ability to make the guests feel welcome.
