It is a privilege and a great responsibility to serve the Lord and people from the platform on a C-HOP Prayer & Worship Team. Are you willing to submit to the leadership authority of C-HOP and the prayer and worship leaders of your potential team while serving here at the Cincinnati House of Prayer?

C-HOP expectations for Prayer & Worship Teams leaders and participants:

·  It is expected that by submitting this form you are committing to 1 weekly prayer & worship set at C-HOP at the same time every week for no less than 3 months (no less than 12 weeks).

·  You are expected to start on time and end at your designated set time (Starting late, ending late and/or ending early during your 2-hour prayer & worship set is not acceptable, except for unusual circumstances.).

·  You are expected to demonstrate consistency concerning your attendance for your 2-hour prayer & worship set. Any missing more than 25% (once a month or 3x’s in a 12-week period) of your prayer & worship sets is not acceptable (unless for unusual circumstances).

·  You are expected to communicate with the C-HOP leadership concerning your team’s absences, challenges, questions, needs, etc.

·  You are expected to relay and inform your prayer & worship team of the C-HOP expectations, beliefs, callings, assignments and etiquette.

·  You are expected to take the posture of humility and service unto to the Lord from the C-HOP platform by honoring Him first, serving those in attendance with humility and not drawing attention unto anything or anyone except for the Lord. It is our privilege and honor to minister to the Lord from the platform and to facilitate others to do the same.
