Speaker Information

Tom Carroll is the Group Vice President, Human Resources for Publishing and Retail Services at RR Donnelley & Sons Company, an international Fortune 250 Company with more than 50,000 employees on four continents. He is responsible for 21,000 employees worldwide – both in sales and manufacturing.

Carroll’s career with RR Donnelley began in 1995 in management at its Pontiac, Illinois, Manufacturing Division. Since then, he has served as a manager in Management and Leadership Development and Vice President of Human Resources for the Magazine, Commercial Print, and Print Solutions businesses. As the Group Vice President of Human Resources, Carroll has responsibilities for the Book, Directory, Magazine, Catalog/Retail, China and Europe businesses.

Prior to joining RR Donnelley, he was the Employee Relations and Development Manager and Organizational Development Manager at BroMenn Healthcare, Bloomington, Illinois. Carroll began his career in 1984 as Director, Family Services, at a social service agency. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, both from IllinoisStateUniversity in Normal, Illinois.

Registration for this event is FREE, but pre-registration is strongly recommended to secure space in this all day event. Registration is open now at on-line registration will close on Friday, December 1 at 3:00 PM. Those pre-registered will be entered in a drawing for learning related prizes.
