Over a 4 day period at the beginning of November £3.5M worth of property we have been involved with has sold. The total client spend across these 3 properties was just under £20,000. We are definitely a cost effective solution!

We were recently asked to help a client dress and present a stunning 6 bedroom house in Ashbourne ready for sale. The house was newly renovated and offered spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. As a newly renovated property it lacked a lived-in feel, the walls were plain and all rooms had very minimal furniture. We wanted to show buyers the property'sfull potential by bringing in additional pieces of furniture and dressing the empty rooms, helping to define their identity. We used pictures, mirrors, soft furnishings and accessories to add a pop of colour to the neutral colour scheme.

Having been on the market for a year, the client asked 4 new agents their suggestions on how best to move forward. 3 out of the 4 agents suggested a reductionin price, the 4th agent suggested that the client contactus and to keepthe price the same.
Once we had dressed the property an offer was received very close to the asking price within 6 weeks!
