According agreement I am sending to you preliminary list of organization for distribution ( 6 pages) of bulletin N 3 with colour poster. Now I’m finishing publication 200 copies of Bulletin (in Russian and English) and 100 copies of poster. I need 1000 USD this work, other sum of contract I’ll try to use for preparing bulletin N4 with poster, devoted water saving technologies.
I have met V.Moustafaev, he said that authority in UNESCO mainly J. Bogardi checked and approved the content of bulletin and poster and now they are very busy. If I want the preface I could be send them a draft . Soon I’ll send you additional list of distribution of bulletin, including organizations in Central Asia and in Tashkent.
