- CQA provides accurate personality profile of caregiver to match with the client.
- All Caregivers undergo an extensive 7 year, 44 state, multi-county criminal and sex offender background checks as well as being required to take and pass a drug test. AdLife Homecare also conducts ongoing, random drug testing as well.
- Caregivers must have a valid driver’s license, reliable auto and clean driving record.

Our proprietary Certified Companion Aide (CCA®) Training Program
The CCA® program is a nationally recognized certification program offered to our professional staff of caregivers. Each AdLife HomeCare LLC caregiver is trained and tested in 19 subject areas, ranging from transferring a client to dementia. This certification is managed and directed by “The Seniors Choice” (TSC) and can only be offered by Adlife HomeCare in Oklahoma City.

Security.Adlife provides greater family assurance by providing that all caregivers are certified, bonded against theft, and insured at levels above State requirements to protect you from liability. We are responsible for all Federal and State tax withholdings and provide liability as well as workers compensation insurance for our caregivers which protects our caregivers as well as you, the client from liability.
