The author(s) affirms that the article is original work, has not previously been published in its current form, and is not under consideration by another journal in its current form. The author(s) also promise that the article does not contain anything that is libelous, illegal or infringes anyone's copyright or other rights. If the article contains material that is someone else's copyright, the author(s) certifies that all necessary permissions have been obtained from the copyright owners for any material included in the article in which they do not hold copyright (The relevant permissions correspondence must be attached to this form) and that the material is clearly identified and acknowledged in the text.
