Terms and Conditions

1、Completed application materials MUST include the "Application Form", "ProjectPlan" and other required attachments. Upon submission, the applicant is agreeing that the information provided is truthful and valid. Any incomplete or invalid forms will be returned, with additional information requested.

2、The attached materials include: Personal Identification, academic diploma, intellectual property licenses, qualification certificates etc.(overseas talent is required to provide the "Certificate of Foreign Academic Diploma" issued by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange). A scanned copy of all attached materials can be used, please remark each document in Chinese.

3、When submitting the project, you must use your legal name. In addition, the submitted project must have the same name as the one specified on the application form.

4、The applicant project should not have been submitted for any other competition in another city within the same calendar year; Repeated submission under a different name or by a different team is not acceptable.

There are three major categories that cover the majority of industries.

1、Health and culture industry (Biomedicine, health services, pension, modern agriculture, cultural creativity, etc.)

2、Electronic information (IT, new materials, artificial intelligence, optoelectronics, etc.)

3、Equipment manufacturing and new energies (Automotive, rail transportation, environmental protection, etc.)

There are 5 overseas sub-divisions

1、the eastern part of the U.S

2、the western part of the U.S

3、Europe (including the Israeli sub-division)

4、East Asia sub-Division (Japan and South Korea)

5、Asia-Pacific sub-Division (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and new Zealand.)
