9:30 PM Band Room open to begin arriving
10:30 PM Depart for Orlando
Thursday, April 20, 2017 (Eastern Time) (Chaperones Check in times 1pm, 3pm, 8pm)
Magic Kingdom Open from 8am-11pm
6:00am Arrive at Ocala, FL for Breakfast (Exit 350) Chaperones need to keep an eye on students and monitor as some may need to cross the road to get to other eating options. (McDonalds, Burger King, Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts, Steak n Shake, Cracker Barrel)
6:45am Return to buses
7:00am Depart for Walt Disney World
8:15 AM Arrive at Walt Disney World/ Meet Springdale Staff at Resort
9:00am-5:00pm Explore Magic Kingdom in your groups (Use Vouchers for lunch/Dinner)
5:30 PM Check in resort / get luggage off bus
6:30PM-11:00PM return to Magic Kingdom in your groups (Use Vouchers for food)
11:00PM- Return to Resort
12:00PM- Curfew (Rooms Checked by Chaperones)
Friday, April 21, 2017 (Today’s time depends on our performance time/venue) (Chaperones Check in times 4pm, 8pm)
Free Morning at the Resort. This is be a time for you to go to the pool and do things at our resort. Make sure you go and eat breakfast this morning. We won’t have time to do lunch until after our performance. Also a good time for you to rest after a long day at the park yesterday.
10:45am- Meet in Lobby in Tux/Dress for picture of group outside hotel
11:00am- Depart on Charter Busses for Performance Venue/ Parents and family need to travel using Disney Travel, only performing students on busses.
12:00pm- Meet Disney Staff Prior to Performance
1:00pm- Performance at Marketplace/Waterside Stage at Disney Springs
1:30pm- Return to Busses to return to resort to change. (Parents and family head back on Disney Travel)
2:00pm- Change and head out to parks in your groups.
EPCOT Open till 9pm
HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS Open till 9pm
ANIMAL KINGDOM Open till 9:30pm
9:00pm Return to Hotel
11 pm Curfew (Rooms Checked by Chaperones)
Saturday, April 22, 2017 (Chaperones Check in times 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 8pm)
7:30am-9:00am- Breakfast at the Resort using voucher
8:00am-9:30pm exploreany of the Parks with group using Disney Transportation
Magic Kingdom 9am-10pm
Epcot 9am-9pm
Hollywood Studios 9am-9pm
Animal Kingdom 8am-9:30pm
Disney Springs 10am-9:30pm
10:00pm- Return to Hotel
11:00pm Curfew (Rooms Checked by Chaperones)

7:00am-8:00am- Breakfast at the Resort using voucher
8:15am- Meet in lobby with all belongings
8:30am- Board bus and depart for home
12:15pm- Arrive at Tifton, Georgia for Lunch (Exit 63A)
1:30pm- Depart Tifton, Georgia for Clanton
4:45pm- Arrive at CCHS (Central Time)
