General Manager

Initially hired to oversee all marketing and sales; promoted to General Manager in less than 1 year. Direct all business operations, including marketing, sales, customer service, project management, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, production and materials planning, quality, and testing, with full P&L responsibility. Supervise company directors and managers. Supervise 15 sales and engineering specialists. Design business plans and identify areas for improving quality and efficiency, reducing waste, and lowering expenses. President/Co-Founder

Co-founded the company and oversaw all R&D, software development, manufacturing, maintenance, installation, customer service, media, sub-contracting, and funding activities.
