Annual Club Membership and Medical Declaration 2009/2010
Dear parent/club member,
Annual club membership fees for 2009/2010 are due from 1st April 2009. This fee must be paid to take advantage of the discounted weekly mat fee offered to club members. From 1st May all participants who have not paid the annual fee will be classed as non-members and the non-member weekly mat fee will apply.

WHILST I APPRECIATE THAT EVERY CARE WILL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE SAFTEY, I WILL NOT HOLD THE INSTRUCTORS OR CLUB OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT MAY OCCUR OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY OCCURING ON THE CLUB PREMISES.ONLY MEMBERS WHO HAVE A CURRENT BRITISH JUDO ASSOSIATION LICENCE ARE COVERED BY THE B.J.A THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE.

Obviously in this time of economic unrest we are conscious of the cost of participating in sports such as Judo, so we are pleased to announce that membership fees for 2009/2010 will remain at £10 yet again. For families with more two or more participants we can now offer an additional saving by reducing membership to £8 for second family members (immediate family only). Lastly we have been able to reduce mat fees for the senior class to £3 for members and £4 for non-members. Komon and Junior classes will remain at 2008/09 prices.
