  • Sugar and Energy Processing Shift Coordinator (2009–2011)

My responsibility was to coordinate and manage the supervisors to control the processes to obtain high quality sugar and to increase the electrical energy production in a 500 employee’s factory through administration, support and training low and mid rank.

  • Recovery Sugar Process Trainee (2008-2009).

I was specialised in the different factory processes, Milling, Juice Treatment, Evaporation, Heat transfer, Crystallization, Centrifugation, Drying, Packing, and Electrical Energy production, to be able to apply chemical engineering knowledge, manage human resources and reduce costs.

San Diego Corporate (2007-2008)

  • Quality Control Sugar Manager

Responsible of daily key information for the decision making and the balance of the sugar material and report the sugar and energy production with the control of the quality and purity of the sugar products. Also support the factory chief to manage the resources for projects and maintenances of the equipments and costs control. Moreover I was responsible of the annual labor and chemical consumption budget for the next season.

Petro Energy. 2006

  • Geology Manager assistant.

I assisted the manager in order to study the properties of field, stones and other tests which described the composition of the well in a Petroleum Drill in Yalpemech, Alta Verapaz, using special software provided.

Interpol Guatemala (2005–2006)

Information Technology Manager. I was contracted to manage the Informatics and computer resources for the Guatemalan Regional Interpol Office (International Police, Lyon, France). The knowledge and my computer skills let me participate in a governmental project that consisted in renewing and upgrading the informatics system for Interpol Guatemala.

I worked as the assistant of the Chemistry professor in the Chemical Engineering Faculty and leaded the laboratories of those courses.
