Chelaque Estates Gate Operation: If you have a visitor or delivery service that needs to gain entry via our gate, please instruct the visitor that they must use the keypad box at the entrance in order for the system to work. Instruct them to approach the call box and scroll to find the desired name or if they know the 3 digit number on the call box, it can be entered without scrolling to the name. When the number is entered at the call box, it will ring on your keypad-designated phone. When you answer the phone, the person requesting entry can be heard. You can respond to them and then enter 9 to open the gate and hang up.
