Check In/Out Schedule

Open Circulation –

Every morning from 7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. and also at the end of the day from 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m., students (all grade levels) can come to the Media Center and check in/out books. They can also take their AR tests during this time.

Throughout the day when sending students for returns and/or checkouts (ARs included), due to the high volume of student traffic, this has now been limited to certain days for each grade level.

Monday – 5th grade

Tuesday – 6th grade

Wednesday – 7th / 8th grade

Thursday – All grades – This should be limited to only those students that did not make it on their scheduled days. If they were able to make it on their assigned day then they must wait until that day comes back around. Also if it was an entire class or classes, then they must also wait until the assigned day comes around again.

Friday – Closed all day, except for in the morning at 7:45 – 8:45 a.m.

Flexible Scheduling – for Media Center and Mobile Labs

• Scheduling days for your classes to come to the Media Center for any purpose is still welcomed and encouraged. These are whatever days works best for your schedule, please come to the Media Center or send an email to reserve your days.
• Students are also welcome to come to the Media Center, with a pass, to use the computer for assignments and research.
