Qualifying in the Darwin Gold Cup begins on 1st NovemberFinal to be held on Sunday 23rd November 2014

Qualifying

Bowlers can pay $10 at the counter and use their league 3 game series scores to qualify in one of the following divisions:

Scratch Men’s Division (175+) / 10 Finalists
Scratch Women’s Division (170+) / 6 Finalists
Graded Division (handicap) / 8 Finalists above 125 average
Scores plus handicap, eg. 167 average bowler will have 33 handicap
Sub Graded Division (handicap) / 8 Finalists below 125 average
Scores plus handicap, eg 105 average bowler will have 95 handicap

Bowlers must hold a current membership card to Tenpin Bowling Australia

Bowlers can participate inonly one division of the event, meaning they are only allowed to attempt to qualify in one division.

FinalsCost is $85 per person
Stage 1 - Finals
Top 8 Sub Graded bowlers, top 8 Graded bowlers, top 10 Scratch Men and top 6 Scratch Women will play 6 games to determine the top 5 Sub Graded semi-finalists, top 5 Graded semi-finalists, top 6 Scratch Men semi-finalistsand the top 4 Scratch Women semi-finalists.
Pinfall will carry over from Stage 1 to Stage 2
Stage 2 - Semi-Finals
Top 5 Sub Graded Bowlers, top 5 Graded Bowlers, top 6 Scratch Men and top 4 Scratch Women will bowl a further 2 games to determine the top 2 qualifiers in each division
Pinfall is carried over from Stage 1
Stage 3 - Grand Final
The top 2 finalists in each division will bowl one game to determine the winners of each division.
All pinfall is dropped prior to the one game Grand Final

** Highest qualifier in each division providing they bowl in the final will receive $50 bonus.
