CHC Strategic plan
Mission Statement:
The mission of the CHC is to provide quality, affordable comprehensive primary healthcare services, across the lifecycles and regardless of the ability to pay, to all residence of the Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler and Westmoreland Counties.
Market Analysis:
There are several primary care physicians in the service area. All providers are listed in Attachment A. CHC is the only organization that provides care for the un-insured patients. Most physicians are part of a larger group and are available at the specified location for few days in the month.
