Business Assistant

37 hours per week, full time

Pay scale: E3 – G6 dependant on previous experience

Salary: £15,828 - £22,883 per annum

Start date: 4th January 2018

Fixed term until 31st December 2018 with a view to extend to permanent following a budget review

As Cornwall’s leading MAT for Alternative Provision, we at Acorn Academy are currently recruiting for a full-time business assistant to join our busy Central Administration Team, based in Truro. If you are ambitious, inspirational, creative, open-minded, and want to be part of our success then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate should have previous administration expertise. Attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and multitasking are essential for this role. The role covers assisting the CEO and Business Manager and Grant Applications. The role will require a reliable, proactive individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and ICT skills and be able to build good working relationships with stakeholders.
