Sir,

Please quote your rate item-wise for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the computer hardware’s, printer, scanner & LCD projector etc. as per the list enclosed latest by 15th July, 2010. The party should submit sealed quotation preferably by Register/Speed post / by hand ( in the quotation box fixed at Security gate No.1). The patty is requested to submit photocopies of valid documents namely trade licence, company registration certificate & PAN card along-with quotation and these are subjected to verification with original at the time of placement of work order, if needed.

The AMC will continue as per following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions;

1. The AMC is for regular checking, cleaning and repairing of minor /major fault and availability of person from 10 AM to 5 PM during office working days for immediate attention rectifying of problems. The wage should be paid not less than the minimum wage as specified by latest Government rules and regulation and working hours should also be considered as per laborers act.

2. Parts will be supplied to the party by this centre for any major fault for repairing but without making any payment as labour charges from this side.

It is mandatory that party has to deposit a demand draft of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money along-with quotations/short tender letter. The draft will be drawn in favour of ICAR (CIFE) subunit, Kolkata. It is to mention that without the earnest money no quotation will be considered during further processing.

The Officer-in-charge reserve the right to cancel the contract without assigning any reason, if the party fails to comply the terms & conditions laid herein.
