Referees:

It was requested that a review of all referee fees District wide be compiled. Exec. Dir. Will contact each Association to submit their fees. It was recommended by Stettler that there be a District wide referee rate. Members present felt that this would not be feasible for some of them. As some fees are quite high. The completed survey will be presented at the next CASA meeting. Tournament fees will be separate.

DRA recommended that Referee kits be provided for All new referees. A discussion was held but no motion was made regarding this proposal. It will be revisited at a future meeting.
