I=INTENSITY RATING:

Instructors have rated the average intensity of their class(es). However, they will provide options to both increase & decrease the intensity. We encourage you to work at a level that fits you! 1 is low, 5 is HIGH.

Classes may be cancelled due to low participation * Classes are approx. 50-60 mins. * Express classes are 30 mins.

Class Descriptions

Boot Camp- Designed to help you build strength and endurance while having fun! Every week is different. We will do, strength, cardio, HIIT, and metabolic conditioning styles of training. (I=5)

Cycle- Cycle is a variety of fast paced low impact rides using fun music and positive reinforcement. (I =4).

Cardio Kickbox Bootcamp- Get a full body cardio & strength workout with non-contact kickboxing intervals and free weight strength training. (I=4)

Pilates- Core strengthening and stretching exercises provide an intense workout using mat, body weight, light hand weights and Pilates balls. (I =3)

Pilates Ride – Get your cardio and strength training all in one session. This class combines cycle with Pilates. (I =4)

PILOXING –A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, Boxing and dance that will push you past your limits. (I =4)

Senior Fitness- Combine fun with fitness to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights is alternated with low impact aerobic andleg strengtheningexercises. A chair is offered for support. (I =2)

Total Body Conditioning – This class will focus on the entire body, using strength and cardio intervals which will help you get stronger and build endurance. (I=3)

Upper Body and Core –This class will focus on your upper body and core. We will use many different techniques to strengthen an sculpt arm, chest, back and abs. (I=3)

Yoga - Yoga does involve stretching, but it is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. (I=3)

Yogalates – A combination of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen your core (I=3)

Zumba- Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training combine to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba. (I =4)

Zumba Boot Camp – Want to dance calories right off while getting a well rounded workout? Then come join us for Zumba Boot Camp. We will be doing 4 week blocks of kick boxing, lower body toning with ballet sculpt, circuit training and strength training. So come get that body into summer shape. (I=4)

  • Orientations: Free orientations are also available with our fitness staff. If you have some questions about your work-out, the equipment to use, etc. Please schedule those at the front desk.

CENTER GUIDELINES: Youth must be 12 to work out on fitness equipment and 15 to enter on their own (or be accompanied by someone 15 years+). Please ask about our Youth Club for more options for those ages 12-14.

VOLUNTEER CLASSES (Vol) -Thanks to our great volunteers, we have added some classes and activities to our schedule. These classes are indicated on the schedule by (vol) after the instructor name. Please be advised that at times these classes may be cancelled due to their schedules but we provide as much advance notice as possible.
