Warm ups are 4:45 – 5:35
Meet starts at 5:45 PM

Warm ups are 7:30 – 7:55 AM, & 7:55 – 8:20 AM

Facilities:Indoor, 8 lane, 50 meter, heated pool with Kiefer-Mcneil, non-turbulent, racing lanes ropes. Two, 25 yard pools will be used throughout the meet. An outdoor, 6 lane, heated pool will be available for warm up throughout the meet.Water Depth: water depth measured for a distance of 4 feet to 16 ft. 5 inches from both end ends of pool.
Timing system:Colorado 6 automatic Timing, with 8 – lane scoreboard will be the preliminary timing system. Secondary system will be manual – electronic with one button per lane. Tertiary system will be one watch per lane.
Rules:Current U.S. Swimming technical rules & code of regulations will govern this meet. Disability Swimmers, as described in the USA Swimming Technical Rules, Article 105, shall be permitted to enter any meet sanctioned by “Louisiana Swimming Inc.”
Conduct of Meet:All events Friday will be check in and will swim fastest to slowest. We will try and accommodate all entries. The meet director reserves the right to limit entries if the meet gets too large. On Saturday the 13 – 14, 11 – 12, and 10 & under age groups will swim a preliminary session in the morning. The top 16 from those events will come back and swim finals on Saturday evening. The afternoon session will be timed finals and consist of 8 & under, and 15 & over age groups. Sunday will be all timed finals. Meet management may decide to use both ends of the pool to ensure that the meet runs in the time allowed.
Eligibility:This meet is open to all 2014 USAS registered swimmers.
Qualifying times:There are no qualifying times for this meet.
Entry fees:There is a LSI surcharge of $5.00 per swimmer & $3.50 per individual events entered. There is an additional facility charge of $5.00 per swimmer.
Entries:Meet management reserves the right to limit the number of entries in an effort to stay within the four-hour time limit. Submit entries no later than Friday, January 10th, 2014.

Late Entries:All late entries will be accepted up to 30 minutes prior to each session. Fees for late entries will be $7.00 per individual event.
Seed times must be in short course yards. Swimmers entered with “no time” will be seeded last. Teams with ten or more swimmers MUST submit entries on HY-Tek swim software. A check for the correct amount must be submitted with the entries. Make checks payable to CCSC.
Awards:Awards will be given to the top 16 in each event for the 14 & under age groups. High Point awards will be given to the top 2 scorers in each 14 & under age group.

Timers:Each team, having swimmers in this meet, will need to provide timers.
Warm up:USAS rules require that all warm ups must closely supervise by a coach. Swimmers are not allowed on or under the bulkhead. Diving is only allowed under close supervision by a registered coach
USS Membership:All coaches must be registered with USA Swimming.
Facility Rules:*No food allowed in the facility.
*No “horse play” in the locker rooms or on deck.
*No smoking allowed in the facility.
*No glass containers or ice chest allowed in the facility.
*Comply with all directions given by security.
*Do not leave items unattended in the locker rooms.
*Police your area before leaving for the day.
Concessions:Food and drink will be available.
