the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Faculty Room adjacent to the cafeteria. Our first monthly meeting is September 6.

_____Father Son Event: Sept. 11 Chair: Mike Schafer Tom Schutzman Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to participate in field day type events with father and son teams. Dinner tops off the day’s activities. Volunteers are needed to plan and coordinate events. Moms help out the day of the event so that dads can enjoy the day with their sons. Donations of drinks and snacks are appreciated.
_____Ladies Golf Outing Sept. 9 at Summit Hills Country Club: Chair: Donna Ross Come on out and enjoy a day of fun, golf, friendship and lunch! Sign up to help plan this event for next year.
_____NEHS Induction Reception Sept. 28: Need Chair: Coordinate a simple reception for students and their families following the induction ceremony.
_____Senior Retreats: Oct 14-16, Oct 28-30, Jan 13-15, Feb 17-19 Chair: Christa Ellison Each Senior attends one of these weekend Spiritual retreats which havebecome an honored and treasured tradition. Volunteers donate food and drinks- so expect a phone call when your son is scheduled.
School Dances: Volunteers chaperone and/or serve drinks at school dances. The Faculty Moderator will contact you prior to the event to confirm your availability.

_____Teacher Conference Dinner: Oct. 25Chair: Annette Dollenmayer
_____Fall Academic Awards Breakfast: Oct. 27and _____Spring Activities Apr. 28:Chair: Maria Schaefer This breakfast follows the Academic Achievements Assembly, which acknowledges the scholastic accomplishments of our students. Volunteers are needed to set up (the day before), help serve breakfast, and assist with the cleanup afterwards.
_____Memorial Mass/Breakfast: Nov 3Chair: Janie Neff This Mass honors the deceased graduates of CCH and is a treasured Covington Catholic tradition. Families of deceased graduates are invited for a breakfast that follows mass. Volunteers are needed to donate food, set up, serve breakfast and clean up.
_____Open House: Nov. 6Need ChairParents’ Club helps in this vital introduction of Covington Catholic to prospective new students by providing refreshments and helping to welcome guests. Volunteers are needed to donate food, drinks and assist with other Open House activities. The Open House usually runs from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.
_____Split the Pot: allhome basketball gamesNeed ChairVolunteers are needed to sell Split the Pot tickets at the door and in the stands for the home basketball games. Start time is 5:30 andends after the 1st quarter of Varsity games.
_____Mom Prom: Jan. 28Chairs: Laura RohlingSusie KathmanKathleen Boyle This favorite event is a night when moms and sons enjoy an evening of, dining and dancing and is a night to treasure! Committee Members are needed to help plan and decorate for the event. Fathers are needed for check-in and other fun stations the night of the event.

In cooperation with Sue Finke of the Development Department, the Spaghetti Dinner is a showcase affair for the school, our students, alumni and our donors. In addition to enjoying a delicious dinner, patrons can enjoy performances of the student choir and band and appreciate the works of student artists. Volunteers are needed to help plan the dinner, donate desserts,set up/decorate, assist in the kitchen, and sell tickets the day of the event.

Food: Annette Dollenmayer Prizes: Need ChairAfter Prom is our showcase event and provides a safe haven for post – prom activities. The students enjoy an evening of games, activities, great food, excitement and enjoyment with their fellow classmates and their dates. There are prizes, a food feast, and drinks. This event requires many volunteers to schedule events, donate food, drinks, prizes, acquire gifts andwork during the event. CCH students are not required to attend Prom to enjoy the After Prom.

_____Senior Baccalaureate Luncheon:May 22 Chair: Christa Ellison The Parents Cub organizes a luncheon for graduating seniors and their parents. Senior awards are presented at this luncheon.
_____Spirit Shop Volunteer: Erin Garnick Manager Contact Erin at f you can volunteer at the Spirit Shop during lunchtime on school days (once or twice monthly, weekly), at home football games, for special events or to be on a sub list.
Boosters Bingo: contact Matt Tobler of the Boosters Club to sign up to work bingo. All parents are asked to sign-up for 1 or 2 shifts during the school year and/or summer months.
