CBGSA Equipment Contract

This Contract, entered into by the Columbia Basin Girls Softball Association (CBGSA) and the undersigned coach (Coach) shall dictate terms and conditions for issuance of the below listed softball equipment (Gear) for the 2017 season.

Bags shall be issued with the following standard equipment for all age divisions: (Please initial to confirm receipt of all equipment). Noted after each item is the replacement costs of each individual item.

_____ (1) Equipment Bag ($70)

_____ (5) Batting Helmets with facemasks, ($35 each)

_____ (5) Batting Helmet chin straps ($4 each)

_____ (3) Softball Bats ($35 each beginner and 8u, $70 each 10u and up)

_____ (1) Catcher’s Set -1 Mask, 1 chest protector, 2 shin guards- ($160 or $60 for each missing portion)

_____ (1) First Aid Kit ($25)

_____ (1) Ball Bag ($20)

_____ (10) Softballs, (Circle) age appropriate size ($4 each)

10” Softie (Beginner) 11” Softie (8u), 11” Softball (10u) 12” Softball (12u/14u)

In addition, the following Age-Specific equipment has been issued:

_____(1) Batting Tee – Beginners – ($20)

_____(1) Fielder’s Mask – 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u – ($35)

The undersigned coach hereby agrees to take personal financial responsibility for the care and prompt return of all Gear at the conclusion of the season. A Gear return date will be set by the CBGSA for the return of the gear. It is the responsibility of the coach to return the gear on the return date or make other arrangements to return gear to the CBGSA.

Any Gear not returned by July 1 shall be deemed as lost and billed to the coach. CBGSA shall make all legal efforts to collect monies owed as a result of Gear not being returned by the deadline.
