GETTING READY FOR THE 10th ANNUAL CDUPA MEETING

The current board held a telephone conference meeting February 24th 2005. Attending the meeting were the following board members:

Mark Walker, Tim Perkins, Bob Thompson, Ed Balko, Joel Hillhouse, Kathy Williams, Matt Washic, Mike Barnett, Derek Dicks, Sam Partain, Victor Coroando

The topic discussed was the CDUPA meeting Agenda.

The board members set the times and agenda for this years meeting being held in Halifax, Nova Scotia June 21-23, 2005. During this meeting the board had a conference call with Michele MaIsaac, the Marketing Manager at Atlantic Tractors, to go over the facilities and the schedule times for this years meeting. Please view the meeting schedule at the end of this letter. When the correct speakers and sponsors are known the agenda will be finalized and sent to you.

Tim Perkins and Mark Walker were elected to represent the board to visit the facilities with this year’s host Atlantic Tractors. Tim and Mark will report to the board members on any changes that may be needed.
