Requirements and conditions of entry
It is a condition of entry that all performers live, work or study in the City of Casey. In the case of groups, at least one person in the group must live, work or study in the City of Casey.
It is also expected that all performers will perform free of charge. We are happy to promote any future events and for you to sell your merchandise at the concert in return for performing.

The concert rehearsal and sound check on Saturday 3 August from 3 pm

Complete this audition form and bring it with you on the day of the audition. Auditions will be held in the order of receipt of these forms on the day of your audition.
Audition day instructions
When you arrive, hand in the form to staff who will be located in the foyer of The Loud Room at the Factory and pay the audition entry fee ($15.00). Staff will give you an audition number and take a headshot to assist the judges. Anyone who accompanies you will be asked to pay an audition admission fee ($5.00).
Priority on audition day will be given to acts who book their audition with the Mayor’s Personal Assistant, Julie Adams (Phone: 9705 5254).
Successful finalists
Successful finalists will be notified by email or telephone on Friday 19 July and will be required to attend a photo shoot and short information session on Wednesday 24 July at 6 pm sharp at Council Civic Centre, 1 Magid Drive, Narre Warren. Please note that any photographs taken on this night as well as act information may appear in the local press.
All acts who audition will receive a letter advising them of the successful finalists by Friday 26 July.
Casey’s Got Talent final
The Casey’s Got Talent final will be held at the River Gum Performing Arts Centre, Hampton Park Secondary College (entry via Fordham Rd) at 7 pm on Saturday 3 August 2013.
Performers will have a final rehearsal and sound check at the venue from 3 pm on the day. Please note that acts will be given a time for your rehearsal and sound check in advance.
