TRANSLATION
From 2004 I work as a full time freelance translator.
My regular clients include, multinational marketing and market research firms, global IT providers, financial services providers and a few prominent Madrid based Law firms; a renowned Language academy with its own TV & radio stations and publications, the world leading chain in coed gyms (and one of the world's most recognized brand names). For these clients, I have done direct and reverse (English-Spanish-English) translations of presentation projects, business articles and reports, web sites, business and research articles, brochures and other advertising materials, and legal documentation for court proceedings.
I have also translated documents and files related to the fields of European Institutions, Engineering, Medicine, Human Resources and International Cooperation.
From 2000 to 2005, I have maintained a working relationship with Amado – Loriga Traducciones (Traducciones 2000) a specialized technical translations agency, as a freelance translator, in both Direct and Reverse technical translations, mainly in the fields of engineering, law, and economics.
INTERPRETING
I have acted as an interpreter in business meetings relating to financial data and statements, legal matters and contract and acquisitions negotiations; board meetings and general shareholder assemblies; round table discussions; fitness management presentations, and also in human resources interviews and workshop and coaching sessions. I have also attended business-related social events, and have traveled internationally to assist clients at conferences and corporate meetings.
VOICE
I have participated in voice over projects for corporate presentations on finance and marketing. I am very much interested in voice over projects for Documentaries, Videogames, and Promotional Videos for Corporations.
OTHER
In June 2007, I was invited by the I.E.B. (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles) as a lecturer in Long Term Interest Rate Futures, Long Term Interest Rate Options, and Yield Curve Management.

From the year 1993 to 2003, I have worked as a broker in financial products, specialized in derivatives (mainly IRSs, FRAs, Asset Swaps, Futures, Government and Corporate Bonds …). During these ten years I have worked for world leading organizations in the global financial market, in a completely bilingual atmosphere, servicing clients in Spanish, English, Portuguese and, occasionally, Italian.
