Batch upload of Transaction 33 (TR33) data
Description of Business Need
Our divisions send invoices to our customers for various services rendered. The invoices have been keyed into FLAIR as a transaction 90 (TR90). In order to expedite the processing of the revenue payments, we switched to a revenue coupon for the payment of the invoice. We have purchased hardware and software that will allow for the processing of 100 coupons per minute. Our Oracle database captures the TR33 transaction data. Due to the lack of a batch upload for TR33, we must take the information and key the TR33 manually into FLAIR. Depending on the volume of payments received this manual process can be labor intensive.
Suggested Solution
FLAIR to allow for the batch upload of TR33 transactions.
