Job Description

Portfolio Accounting Project Coordinator

Performs complex accounting activities related to the maintenance of separately managed client accounts and mutual funds. Knowledge of equity and fixed income securities and fund accounting background is essential. Responsibilities including the following: preparing and reviewing daily/monthly separate account reconciliations and daily mutual fund reconcilations, making entries into the accounting system, gathering reviewing and preparing data for financial and regulatory reports and audits. Also, responsible for serving as fund administrator for private funds, tracking shareholder activity for funds and preparing partnership allocations.
