OVERVIEW

Requests to hire staff employees must be reviewed and approved prior to submission to Human Resources. The Hiring Manager or Director should initiate this form, attach a complete job description, and submit it for review and approval as needed. Upon receiptHR will proceed withadditional approvals via Workday. Additional forms may be required, depending on the type of position.
