CARDIOVASCULAR AND MUSCLE CLASSES

BASIC STRENGH: A Combination of low-Impact easy to follow moves combined with muscle conditioning and stretching. You’ll develop stronger muscles

healthier bones and increase stamina. Total body work out for all levels.

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Great for al fitness levels!

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great for Beginners to Advanced.

BOOTCAMPUse your own body weight to get in fighting shape!!

CARDIO TABATA

CORE STEP AND MORE This class is a combination of some step, core work and more. Total body work out for all levels.

CREATIVE CARDIO INTERVAL: A muscle conditioning class utilizing the BOSU. Work balance and stabilization. Conditions all of your muscles, including your CORE (abs, low back, inner/outer thighs and glutes).

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS Class designed to replicate everyday movement in life, improve strength and balance while increasing your heart rate.

PURE STRENGTH Total body workout! Tone and condition all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment from weights, step, bosu, body bars and tubing.

R.I.P.P.E.D. EXPRESS 30 minute class of resistance, interval, power plyometrics and endurance.

STEP This class utilizes an adjustable height step making the workout an aerobic challenge for all fitness levels. Complexity of step patterns varies with instructor.

TOTAL BODY TABATA Blast fat and strengthen your entire body with a workout fitness experts have been raving about. Tabata Total Body (TB) features 20 seconds of extreme exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times without pause.

ZUMBA: Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout.

20/20/20 Twenty minutes of step, hi/lo, and muscle conditioning.

MIND & BODY CLASSES

HATHA YOGAHatha (meaning physical) is based on the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. Providing tools for everyday stress, this class aims to clear the mind, improve concentration, enhance your overall well-being, and experience inner peace. All levels.

VINYASA YOGA Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment.

YOGA This class utilizes specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to develop muscular strength and flexibility. All levels.

YOGA FOR ATHLETIC MOBILITY Designed to move through a sequence of poses that target the tightest areas of the athletic body

CANDELIGHT GENTLE YOGA: A Gentle, basic form of Hatha Yoga incorporating candles for ambience.

PILATES (CLASSICAL): Classical Pilates is the original work designed by Joseph and Clara Pilates with little or no deviation. The most obvious difference between Classical Pilates and other disciplines is the exercise order. The specific order recruits muscle firing patterns over and over challenging the movement by changing the center of gravity and the surface stability.

PILATES (CONTEMPORARY): Based on theoriginal exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, ContemporaryPilatesincorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. Additionally, this style of Pilates includes more preparatory exercises and modifications.

BARREA Ballet inspired class, incorporating a ballet barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

GROUP CYCLE CLASSES

GROUP CYCLE – A fun, indoor group cycling class led by a motivating instructor! This class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come listen to greatmusic as your instructor takes you through an imaginary ride through a variety of terrains.
