Saturday, Aug 31

A late morning departure by motorcoach from New London & Old Saybrook for Cape Liberty, Bayonne, New Jersey to board Explorer of the Seas.

Sunday, Sept. 1

We’re free to explore this great ocean liner enroute to Boston.

Monday, Sept. 2

At Boston from 8:00am to 6:00pm. You’ll want to visit the Freedom Trail with the old & new state houses, Paul Revere House and the Boston Commons.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

We’re at Portland, Maine from 7:00am to 5:00pm. This picturesque city features cobblestone streets lined with Victorian era buildings and historic homes and museums.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

At Bar Harbor, Maine from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Hopefully you see whale, porpoises, seals and great variety of Pelagic seabirds. Bar Harbor once played host to the great summer homes of the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts and Astors. Maybe take a side trip to Acadia National Park.

Thursday, Sept. 5

One of the highlights of the cruise is at St John, New Brunswick, Canada in the Bay of Fundy. Known for having the largest tides (50ft) in the world. We are here from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Friday, Sept. 6

At Halifax from 9:30am to 7:00pm you can visit the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic which houses an excellent permanent exhibition on the Titantic disaster. Also walk along the rocks with its craggy coastline with glacier formed outcropping of granite.

Saturday, Sept. 7

Today is spent again enjoying our ship with it’s ice-skating rink and show, the rock climbing wall, indoor pool and so much more.

Sunday, Sept. 8

We’re back in Bayonne where our motorcoach awaits to return us to Connecticut.

A deposit of $250 per person is required to secure reservations. Final payment is due June 10, 2013. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before June 10, 2013.

Penalties are as follows:

Cancel before June 10, 2013 – no penalty

Cancel June 11 to June 30, 2013 - $250 pp

Cancel July 1 – July 30, 2013 – 50% of total fare

Cancel July 31 – Aug 12, 2013 – 75% of total fare

After Aug 12 – departure – no refund

Responsibility and Liability: Klingerman Travel, Inc. is responsible to its passengers as set forth below. Klingerman Travel, Inc. (hereafter named KTI) is

responsible for arranging and providing all services and accommodations offered in connection with this trip. However, in no cases does KTI own, operate

or control any of the firms or vendors which will provide goods and services for the trip (hotels, air or land transportation, meals, etc.) or for any option which

may be available (optional side trips, car rentals, etc) KTI has not priced the trip or option to allow KTI to guarantee against the failure or negligence of any

such firms. Hotel rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. KTI has no control over how specific rooms are assigned. While hotels are asked to

take into account special room requests. KTI cannot guarantee any requests for type of bedding, views, etc. since it is not within control to do so. Each

participant agrees to seek redress or remedies directly with the supplier and not to hold KTI liable in the absense of its negligence which results directly or

indirectly from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise of (1) which any entity which is to or doesn’t provide goods or services for the trip or any

available option (e.g. the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, beach, sightseeing attraction, ship, aircraft, bus or any other conveyances, quality of food

problems regarding needs or animals, damaged, lost or delayed luggage, hotel overbooking (flight delays, labor unrest, acts of criminals or terrorism, etc)

or any other third party Each participant also agrees not to hold KTI liable for circumstances beyond its control (mechanical failures, strikes, etc.)

or for acts of God (weather, natural disasters,etc) Each participant acknowledges that neither KTI nor its agents have made any representation or promise

with respect to the arrangements described except as expressly setforth in KTI’s literature, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by an officer of

KTI. KTI reserves the right to decline, for any lawful reason, to accept or retain any person as a participant on a trip (or option), whereupon KTI’s only

obligation shall be to refund to such person that portion or payment allowable to the unused services.
