TERMSAND CONDITIONS

  1. Cars to be parked with tent.
  2. Max length of stay is 4 nights (i.e Thursday until Sunday)
  3. All tents and campers to have left the site by 10am Monday.
  4. No music or loud noise after 11pm.
  5. No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch)
  6. Dog friendly, but rugby players don’t like doggy mess !
  7. The ground are adjacent to ariver, please note it is unfenced.
  8. No refunds given.

How far is the castle from the rugby club?

About 400yards / 5 minute walk, suitable for pushchairs.

Will I be able to use my hairdryer?

Yes in the changing rooms there are sockets and mirrors, and they are open 24 hours.

Can we use a BBQ?

Yes as long as you remember you are camping on a rugby pitch and respect this.

When I book do I get confirmation of any kind or need a ticket / pitch number?

You can request email confirmation if you wish. You do not need any ticket / booking reference once we have received your returned booking form.

I want to camp by my friends, is this possible?

Yes that’s fine, just mention it on your booking forms.

Do you do breakfast?

Yes we do a locally produced breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning from 8am -10am, we ask you to book the night before.

Ludlow Food Festival, looking for somewhere to stay??

Then come and stay at Ludlow Rugby Club – you will not be disappointed!

Ludlow Rugby Club is just a 5 minute walk from the town centre / castle with a 10 acre site for campers so you can wake up too a view of Ludlow Castle.

Camping is available from Thursday night through to Sunday night.

  • On site 24 hours Rugby Club attendants.
  • Toilet and showers available 24 hours.
  • Bar open Friday and Saturday 6pm -11 pm.
  • Breakfast served in the club house Saturday and Sunday 8am -10am.
  • No need for extra parking to visit the festival.
