Call Musketeers troubleshooting spreadsheet

Please complete as many sections as possible when troubleshooting computer problems.

This spreadsheet will be used to update a database that will allow searching for similar problems and analysing problems to be more efficient. This may include who to escalate the problem to, or any analysis by a technician.

There are currently four problems listed on the troubleshooting spreadsheet. Add least six more possible problems with peripherals, and how you would solve them. The spreadsheet will be used by the IT Database Manager to upload into a new IT Troubleshoot Database.
