The regular meeting was called to order by President Shirin Dina at [11:11 am UU220]. The roll was called by VP Admin & Finance, Jenna Harrelson.

A. Philanthropy chair for Alpha Epsilon Phi: Greek Goddess on Feb. 23. Talent show and all money goes to safer!

A. Communications – President
1. PHA board coming to visit chapters
B. Education – Vice President
1. Jr. Panhellenic Applications are out and due January 25th. Only available to those in the newest Fall pledge class.
2. Academic chairs and NME chairs look out for an email about setting up a roundtable

1. Judicial council Applications coming out soon
2. Need representation from every chapter!
D. Internal & External Funding – Admin/Finance, Philanthropy
1. Dance Marathon is on March 10th, please keep encouraging your members to register and donate! Share the Facebook event and the donor drive link, I'll send all the information to you in an email. This will also be incorporated into Greek week so you can get Greek week points this way!
2. Blaze Pizza has offered fundraising opportunities for Panhellenic. So if you're interested, they will donate 20% of the gross sales to the charity or organization of your choice. I'll send out his information in an email as well.
3. The Women's March coordinator has reached out to me, they're looking for participants and volunteers for their march on January 21st. You can get involved by matching, having a booth, donating food/snacks/water, volunteering, and bringing signs. A quick quote from them "we stand together in solidarity with our friends, families, and women everywhere, for the protection of women's rights, safety and health; and look forward to a positive future" I will also send this out in an email.
4. I will be sending out applications for the philanthropy committee so please let your chapters know!
E. Recruitment – Recruitment, Assistant Recruitment
1. Sending out COB schedules as soon as possible!
2. Recruitment roundtable
3. Bylaws change: average to median chapter size for house total
F. Marketing & Events –Public Relations, Programming
1. IM final schedule to be announced sending out notices with which sorority is playing once confirmed

4. Greek Week exec applications will be sent out this week.
V. Advisor Announcements - Payton
A. I will now be working in the Greek Life office full time so I will be here for anything you all may need.

C. Greek Summit— all chapter members and board members are required to attend. Leaving around 3pm January 21 from campus. Look out for a google doc for carpools!
D. Need new charters from all chapters. President and Finance chair need to do the ASI online training.
E. BACCHUS training is February 22
F. I am the go-to contact for greek life!

4. Alpha Omicron Pi: Excited for first Exec meeting
5. Alpha Phi: Officer transitions this week and sisterhood event this weekend
6. Chi Omega: Initiation is this weekend!
7. Gamma Phi Beta: Exec transitions last weekend, ZBT dinner this weekend, pledge class dodgeball on Sunday and chapter dinner on Monday.
8. Kappa Alpha Theta: sisterhood this weekend and social dinner this dinner!
9. Kappa Kappa Gamma: leadership day this Saturday and winter recruitment and parent’s weekend this weekend.
10. Sigma Kappa: First exec meeting was Sunday and our regional leadership conference is this weekend.
