1) Approval issued by Caltrans to qualified suppliers of lime authorizes them to supply lime to Caltrans projects using a Certificate of Compliance.
2) Lime suppliers will be authorized based on meeting the provision of Caltrans’ Lime Suppliers Qualification Program.
3) Lime and lime suppliers must meet the requirements of Section 24, “Lime Stabilized Soil” of Caltrans’ Standard Specifications.
