Aqua Splash Year 4
12 pupils took part in competitive water sports this Monday at Tonbridge Pool. All the pupils enjoyed representing the school and everyone improved their water skills. Participants were; Alex Coleman, Alicia Dodd, Holly Kerslake, Jaide Jeffrey, Charlie Hawkins and Tommy Welch from 4C and Ben Coppard, Jasmine Hatt, Maria Kane, Chloe Penfold, Kian Smallwood and Michael Williams from 4H / Young Voices Year 6 at the O2
Year Six had an amazing time at the Young Voices concert at the 02 arena yesterday. The children were very well behaved the whole day – from 11.30 am to 11.30 pm! We enjoyed performing to all the parents and watching the professional musicians and dancers too. It was an experience we will never forget.
“I loved Urban Strides as I am a dancer myself and was blown away at how unique the moves were and how lively they all looked. Me and my friends were dancing and screaming and shouting and jumping constantly, I kept losing my voice! The kid who danced to Michael Jackson was AMAZING and I had no clued how anybody could dance like that!” Emma Voice, pupil
“I think Young Voices is a great way to start wanting to be in a big crowd, not being the only kid that loves to sing. You are in a big crowd and it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to sing with 5,000 other children from the United Kingdom”. Matthew Taylor, pupil
