Minutes of the 65th meeting of the Committee, Constituted for grant/ renewal / revocation of consent (GREEN) under Air / Water Act, held on 23.06.2010.

The following persons attended the CMC meeting on 23.06.2010.

Following are the minutes of the said meeting: -

Agenda Item No 1: Cases of Consent to Operate (Renewal) w.e.f. 04.02.2010.

Decisions taken with respect to this agenda are tabulated and annexed as Annexure – 1.

Agenda Item No 2: Cases of Consent to Establish w.e.f. 12.10.2007 excluding the cases which were considered in CMC (Green) meeting dated 06.05.2010.

This agenda could not be taken up by the committee due to paucity of time and it was decided to take up the same in next CMC Meeting.
